The captain is a charismatic personality and capable yacht manager, while the chief stewardess is fluent in French, English, Italian, Spanish, and German.
Chef Antonio Chiaradia is an exciting addition onboard BEST OFF. He previously worked at Cipriani, one of the best restaurants in Monaco, and other prestigious restaurants and hotels throughout Europe. He offers a creative and fresh menu for guests to enjoy each day, with dishes including grilled scallops with wild mushroom broth, venison with red pepper and thyme crust, or grilled line fish with Patagonia squid heads and lemon butter cream. For dessert, Chef Chiaradia makes a delicious chocolate fondant with salted caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate coral tuile.
